Dear HUG Families,

We’re so excited to roll into another amazing year of hands-on, heart-led learning with your families! As always, our co-op thrives because of YOU — your creativity, your commitment, and your willingness to lead.

Our thematic unit Parent Leader Sign-Up Sheet is now live!

Each weekly class needs 4 parent leaders —

✅ 2 for the Older Group

✅ 2 for the Younger Group

👉 As a Parent Leader, you’ll:

* Plan and lead your assigned lesson

* Find a venue if needed

* Bring necessary supplies

* Work with your co-leaders to bring that week’s topic to life!

Don't worry — you don’t need to be Pinterest-perfect. The goal is to keep it fun, practical, and rooted in the love of learning!

There will be 4 sign-ups for every class, and you all will need to agree on a location prior to submitting the event details to the community calendar.

Important Reminders

*If you sign up, please mark your calendar now (you will receive an email reminder 1 week, 1 day and 1 hours before the day & time)

*If you need co-leaders or help, let the co-op group know — we’re here for each other!

*Each Parent Leader team decides how to divide lessons or weeks.

Ready to Sign Up?

How to sign up:

1) Click the Unit** (Younger or Older) below you wish to lead/co-lead

**Use the search bar to find specific topics (i.e. Art, Math, Marketing, etc) and/or dates (i.e. 8/20, etc)

2) Click Date (if on phone), then Click Time slot (i.e 10:00 am), then click select

3) Fill out the form with your proposed location, your contact details and any notes to help start planning (activities, supplies you already have, etc)

4) Click the "Schedule Event" button

5) When the parent group is confirmed (i.e. all 4 parent leaders have signed up), you will then be added to a private channel to start planning with the other parents.
